Hines Ward, the MVP of this year's Superbowl and the son of a Korean mother and an African-American father, was honored today in Seoul by the Korean government. Local politicians and residents gathered at City Hall to present the Korean half of Ward with the Medal of Recognition for his athletic accomplishments. The black half of Ward was forced to wait outside in the car. Mr. Ward said that he was extremely gratified/outraged.
