Actor Lee Jun Ki has been declared the new spokes-model for Kotex Pantyliners in Korea, a move that surprises virtually no one. Says Kotex representative Sarah Geller, “We feel that Lee is a perfect fit for promoting feminine hygiene products, because when you think of Lee Jun Ki, you think ‘douchebag.'” Lee quickly became a sensation after starring in the movie The King and the Clown (왕의 남자), a Korean remake of Juwanna Man set during the Joseon dynasty. The piano-playing Lee was then featured in a series of commercials for Seongnu beverage, a pomegranate-flavored estrogen supplement. His latest turn as a pantyliner pitchman has his fans excited. “I wanna marry Lee Jun Ki! hey everyone. seriously, junki is just like any other guy of his age. what’s with this “oh, he looks this way so he must be this”? What makes him attractive, i think, is that he is very down-to-earth and so us fans can relate to him (plus his natural charm which many other guys also possess). Certainly, to many of us, he’s that star way up in the sky that we can only admire and never touch, but if you guys have interacted with korean people, u can see that junki is just one of them. I am definately a fan of his, and as long as he keeps trying hard, I will always be behind him supporting him. There is one thing that bugs me about him though, and this isn’t just targetted towards him, but the public in general. Does anyone know if he really smokes? I seriously hate smokers. ppl who smoke, especially the younger population, might as well go jump off the bridge. They’re not only killing themselves, they’re killing others as well. People who love them, quietly cry in the corner watching their loved ones smoke themselves to death. I really really hope Junki doesn’t smoke, and if he does, I really hope SOMEONE knock some sense into him and that he’ll stop. Anyways, enough with my bitching.

je ne sais pas si tout le monde va comprendre, vu que beaucoup de commentaires sont rédigés en anglais mais, je ne pense pas, moi personnellement que le fait que Lee Junki soit gay ou non vale autant “d’ennuis” ou autant de questions telles que “oh my god could you please tell me if is gay or not ???” parce que, de toute façon il y a peu de chances pour que cet acteur vienne se casser la tête à lire tout ça !
